As an accomplished people leader, problem-solver and employee communications innovator, Carolina’s approach to executive coaching focuses on supporting clients to uncover individual strengths and desired paths to enable them to grow their careers and to deliver outcomes with inspired teams. She has a particular passion for supporting managers to uncover their authentic leadership style.
Fundamentally, she believes that successful coaching starts with intention. Once a goal for the coaching relationship is understood, she supports clients to gain clarity, build capacity and create the journey. Her approach centers on helping clients identify their thinking style and behavioral strengths to empower them to create paths forward with authenticity and confidence in a constantly changing workplace.
Carolina also works with organizations to help peer groups understand their strengths as individuals and as one team to create more effective dialogue and ongoing alignment during a project or for the long-term.
Carolina is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and she is also a Board Certified Coach (BCC). As such, she holds herself accountable to uphold the ICF's Code of Ethics and partners with her clients by applying the ICF's core competencies to their goals. She is also certified in the use of ProfileXT, a powerful tool that assists in identifying personal strengths, enabling leadership development and building organizational performance models.
